Last month I told you that as you move up through the grades of Inner
Circle, you will be given the keys to free yourself from the various
illusions or 'con tricks' which other people use to try and control you.
Last month, we discussed the government, the law, and the country. But
now you are getting to a higher level of understanding, I feel able to unmask
some of the more deep-seated con-tricks - hopefully without causing you to have
an anxiety attack!
This month we are going to discuss
religion. 1. Those people who have absolutely no interest in
religion whatsoever. They think the whole thing is laughable, and that only weak
and feeble-minded people can subscribe to such obvious
nonsense.
I have to tell you, up front, that I support this stance. 2. Those for whom some kind of religious belief (and I
don't just mean a feeling that there is 'something more') occupies a part of
their lives. Their beliefs are likely to be
very deeply rooted indeed, and I will
have great difficulty in getting these people to even listen, let alone alter
their position.
However, let me state again at the outset, that
you cannot become a full Inner Circle Initiate whilst you subscribe to a
complete fantasy. Moreover a dangerous
fantasy because it threatens world peace on the macrocosmic scale, and seriously
undermines your own freedom and potential on the microcosmic scale.
For those of you, like me, who subscribe more or less to point 1 above, I
would ask you to be patient. If you read through this release, you will find a
logical and consistent argument to support your own point of view in this
matter.
For those who consider themselves to be religious, I must ask you simply
to keep an open mind. Remember I mentioned right at the start that some
illusions would seem obvious to you - hardly worth stating, whilst other
illusions you would find it almost unbearable to be parted from? Well, if you
are religious, then this release will be tough going for you. It might help if
you remember that for many Inner Circle members reading this release, the
'shocking truth' will seem laughably obvious - hardly worth mentioning.
So let us begin. Axiom
#9 : Religions and cults are man-made inventions designed to allow an
elitist 'priesthood' to con value out of those that follow them.
There's nothing like starting with a controversial statement, I say!
Throughout this release, the point of reference will be Christianity in
all of its many disguises. This religion has been singled out purely because it
is likely to be the one with which you are most familiar. This
is the only reason.
The comments in this section apply to the vast majority of religions and
cults, and any one could have been selected as a point of discussion. It is not
my intention to embark upon a long and tedious comparison of various religions,
because to the Inner Circle Initiate
they are all essentially the same; that is, systems designed by one group of
people to extract life values from
other people. They have little, or nothing whatsoever to do with 'God', whoever,
or whatever 'God' is.
In this release, I have used the word 'priest' to mean any
official of any religion or cult. I have used the word 'church' to mean
any building where religious ceremonies take place.
So, what is 'religion', understood from the
Inner Circle point of view? Inner
Circle Definition #5: Religion. A
religion is a system invented by an elite priesthood who desire to extricate
value from their flock.
The 'priests' claim that their mandate comes from a dead, discarnate or
supernatural being, and that they are the chosen channels for this power. Having
gathered together a flock, the priests then proceed to con values out of the
flock under false pretences. In the
past, the values were money (in vast quantities) and power. Although this is
still true, more often the values today are respect, kudos, loyalty and power.
The priests also enjoy a smug sense of 'doing good'.
The Inner Circle Initiate sees
all this for what it is, and quite simply refuses to play. You cannot be
religious, and have power over your own life. The two are completely incompatible. Religion
and Sacrifice
Religion comes in many disguises, but all have a common thread. The
message varies from cult to cult, but it is basically a message of sacrifice.
Sacrifice your life's pleasures now, so that you might enjoy everlasting life in
'heaven', dwelling with the 'angels', sitting next to 'God' for all eternity.
The words and language might vary, but the message is basically the same.
Throughout history, serious crimes
against the people have been committed using the illusion of religion.
Millions upon millions of people have been forced to live drab, boring,
unfulfilled and painful lives because they have been stifled by religious guilt
and fear. It is still going on today.
Religion is the single biggest force for
'evil' at large in the world. It causes untold misery and anguish whilst masquerading as a power of good.
Like most of the 'best' illusions, this insidious one exploits several
basically good human emotions, e.g. the natural sense of wonder, awe and
amazement which any thinking person cannot help but feel when confronted with
the great, mysterious universe.
Most thinking people have a deep (if uncultivated) sense of mystery, and
cannot help but question their place in the cosmic scheme of things. It is to
this pure and wonderful human emotion that the cancer of religion attaches
itself. It then proceeds to weave a thick web of deceit, lies and illusion which
destroys the victim's natural sense of wonder and feelings of self worth,
replacing them with misery, anguish and hypocrisy.
I do not make these claims lightly. Neither do I have any particular 'axe
to grind’ concerning religion. I did not have a strict religious upbringing, I
was not beaten senseless by nuns, my best friend did not die of cancer the day
after I prayed for his recovery.
I am not on any kind of anti-religious crusade - unlike the historical 'crusaders for Christ' who murdered,
tortured, and butchered their way across Europe in their quest to wipe the
infidel from the face of the earth - all with God's permission, of course! And
in case you are wondering, despite my name, I am not Jewish (or Christian, or
Muslim, or, or, or.....).
You cannot become an Inner Circle
Initiate (that is, a fully empowered person) and subscribe to any man-made religion.
Why? Because
you cannot become a free and enlightened human being and subscribe to a complete
fantasy!
If you are religious in any conventional sense, then it will hinder your
personal growth until such time as you are strong enough to see through the
childish illusion of religion. If you are religious, then you are extremely
likely to dismiss this whole release anyway. However, you will be unable
to cross the barrier to personal freedom for as long as you refuse to face up to
reality and truth.
I know it's tough. Personally, I found it very hard going when I
discovered that Santa Claus wasn't real - but that's part of the growing
process! Few people would disagree that it would be a great handicap to an adult
if he were to continue to believe in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter
Bunny (yes, sorry, he's not real either!). However, the belief in a personal God
(as distinct from some unfathomable mystery concerning the universe) or a
personal saviour (Christ, etc.) is a far
more dangerous and cancerous fairy-tale! Crutches
I am not denying that religion, or any other fairy-tale for that matter,
can be a useful prop in times of crisis. So can taking Valium, sucking your
thumb, or smashing plates. I would be the last person to deny the comfort value
of religion - in fact this is exactly why
most people become involved in it.
Everyone needs a prop from time to time, and certainly I would not
condone kicking the crutches away from a person with a broken leg. However, if
that person continued to moan and hobble and whine long after the leg had healed
itself and crutches were no longer required, then most people would agree that
he or she would be deemed a pretty pathetic specimen.
I am simply saying that you cannot be an
Inner Circle Initiate and in full and powerful control of your life whilst
you believe in a total fantasy. If you are weakened
(either temporarily or permanently) then fine, use religion with the same
caution and 'health warning' you would apply to tranquillisers.
The two are equally addictive and hard to kick - so beware! Addicts
The real answer to emotional problems is to comfort yourself for a short
while, and then to sort out your personal
and emotional feelings of insecurity, is it not? Then you can wean yourself
off the drugs which were supporting you. By 'drugs', I mean real drugs and
psychological drugs like religion.
What would your advice be to someone who confessed that they were totally
addicted to tranquillisers? I suggest your advice would be that the sooner they
found a way (any way) of weaning themselves off their artificial prop and
sorting out their real
problems, the better.
Inner Circle members recognise religion for what it is - a method
whereby certain groups of people (Popes, Archbishops, Bishops, Priests etc.) can
extract values from large numbers of
people under false pretences.
He knows that people join, and stay, in religious groups through feelings
of fear (weapon #2) and guilt (weapon #3) and insecurity, and almost never from
a position of spontaneous joy of life and desire for knowledge or truth, even
though people often delude themselves that they are coming from this position.
The uninitiated masses almost never know their true reason for doing
anything (axiom #8).
This does not mean that Inner
Circle members are insensitive to the wonder and mystery of the universe.
They are not. Neither are they arrogant enough to believe that their lives are
actually worth very much in the cosmic scheme of things (unlike most religious
people, who believe, on some level, that they are 'chosen' and will be 'saved').
Neither do they spend too much time pondering the deep mysteries of the
universe. Certain things are probably unknowable at our present stage of
enlightenment.
For Inner Circle Initiates,
conventional religions and cults all fall into the category of man made
institutions designed to con values out of the 'disciples'. The values conned
are:
